Thank you St Pete! We had a great time and a great result at the 2022 Helly Hansen/Sailing World Regatta.
Honey Pie and crew raced in Saturday’s Rally fleet featuring a beautiful long course around government marks on Tampa Bay. The 5-12kn northerly winds and stiff competition tested us upwind, downwind, and reaching – a little bit of everything!
We’re delighted to come away with the win and we learned how our Luna 245 performs in a variety of conditions. Special thanks to our outstanding crew of Rick Grajirena and Cam Carlin for making it happen. Also a huge thanks to our lovely and efficient shore crew Maureen Puglio – we couldn’t do it without a great team!
